Common questions
- My task timer finished but nothing was credited.
- Open the Tasks page — if the task still shows as in progress, reopen it and let the timer run out. The countdown is kept on our server, so refreshing never loses it.
- When do I get my payout?
- Requests are paid by UPI manually, usually within 24 hours. The minimum is ₹10.00. You can track the status in your Wallet.
- My payout failed. Where is my money?
- A failed or rejected payout is returned to your wallet automatically — check the Transactions tab. Double-check your UPI number and raise a new request.
- Why are there no tasks today?
- Tasks run on selected working days only. The Tasks page lists which days are active.
