Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of TaskEarn ("the Service"), operated by Sanjay Sokal. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be resident in India and hold a valid UPI account in your own name.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same person are not permitted.
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect misuse.
4. Tasks and earnings
- A limited number of tasks is made available each working day. The number of tasks, the amount paid per task, the task duration and which days tasks run on are set by us and may change at any time.
- Each task pays the rate that was in effect at the moment you started it. Changing the rate never alters tasks you have already completed.
- A task credits your wallet only when its timer completes while the task page is open. If you leave the task page the task is cancelled and must be started again from the beginning. Cancelled and expired tasks earn nothing.
- Unused tasks do not carry over to the next day.
- We do not guarantee that tasks will be available on any given day, or that any particular level of earnings is achievable.
5. Wallet and payouts
- Earnings accumulate in a wallet balance shown in your account.
- You may request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum, currently ₹10.00. The minimum may change.
- Payouts are sent manually by UPI, normally within 24 hours of the request, to the mobile number you supply. Delays can occur.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the UPI number you enter. We cannot recover money sent to a wrong number that you provided.
- Requested amounts are held from your balance while the request is processed. If a payout fails or is rejected, the amount is returned to your wallet.
- A wallet balance is a record of pending payment for completed tasks. It is not a deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not transferable to another person.
- You are responsible for any tax payable on amounts you receive.
6. Things you must not do
The following will result in loss of unpaid earnings, refusal of payouts, and account termination:
- Creating or using more than one account, including through friends or family members.
- Using bots, scripts, automation, emulators or modified browsers to complete tasks.
- Interfering with the timer, the wallet, or any other part of the Service.
- Clicking advertisements you are not genuinely interested in, or otherwise generating invalid advertising activity.
- Using VPNs, proxies or other tools to disguise your location or device.
- Supplying a UPI number that does not belong to you.
- Reselling, sharing or transferring your account.
7. Advertising
The Service displays advertising supplied by third parties, and this advertising is what funds task payments. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products or services advertised. Your dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and them.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account, withhold unpaid earnings, and refuse a payout where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached — in particular section 6. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; any balance below the minimum payout is forfeited on closure.
9. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including the task programme itself, at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms where we can; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Service is limited to the unpaid balance in your wallet at the time the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of anticipated earnings.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Khairoli, Mahendergarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Grievance officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, complaints about the Service may be sent to our grievance officer at sokalsanjay@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
13. Contact
